As part of LDS.net’s temple-hopping Snapchat campaign, we will be heading out to the Provo City Center Temple on Friday, June 24, 2016.

James the Mormon will be joining us for that Snapchat promotion. We’ll be at the temple at 11 a.m.

The snapchat campaign has really blown up. We have followers not only in the USA, but now in Spanish-speaking countries along with Brazil.

Over the past weeks of the snapchat campaign we have gone to many temples.

We started out with Washington D.C., Oquirrh Mt, Portland, Draper, St. George, Payson, Madrid Spain, Denver, and Atlanta Georgia Temples.

We emailed James asking if he would want to come to the temple with us and show us around. He enthusiastically jumped on board right away.

“There is never going to be a time when someone doesn’t know what I believe or what I stand for. And I’m going to try my best to do missionary work.” -James

James is so dedicated to The Work that he plans to donate half of all his earnings of his “I am not a rapper” Album to the Church’s missionary fund.

Why you Should Come With us to the Temple

Our temple-hopping Snapchat shares consist of videos with fun facts, trivia questions, and photos that you can take screen shots of. Having James along should make this share our best so far. We love when people snap us pictures when they are at the temple!

How to Temple-Hop with us on Snapchat

Using your mobile device, scan our SnapCode:

You can also add “MormonTemples” on Snapchat by simply clicking on “add friends” and then “add by username” and type in our profile name (MormonTemples). Once you have added us, (in what ever way you chose) we will show up under your Friend’s Stories.
You will then be able to view the snaps that we have taken for a total of 24 hours from the time that we went to the temple.  You can take screen shots of the pictures we take to keep for yourselves.
The Temple Hopping campaign will be promoted on Facebook,Twitter (@MormonTemples), and Instagram (@TheMormonTemples).
