Recovery from wisdom teeth surgery is often accompanied with delirious and ridiculous statements made through muffled mouths of gauze. Jayci Underwood came out of her surgery wishing she was singer Nikki Minaj and also wanting to meet talk show host Ellen DeGeneres. Her husband recorded her mournful monologue after the surgery.
Jayci got one of her wishes and appeared as a guest on “Ellen.” Sadly, DeGeneres informed her, Minaj was not in town at the time so they could not meet, but she gave Jayci a wig and a costume to help her “feel like Nikki.” Jayci also had wished while under the influence that she could get a giant check from Ellen to go buy things for children, so DeGeneres gave her a $20 check and a $5000 gift card.
