Royal Skousen, a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, will soon publish his book, “Analysis of Textual Variants of the Book of Mormon,” online. Skousen is the leading expert in textual history of the Book of Mormon and set out to prove that the Book of Mormon has multiple authors.

Chairman and President of the Interpreter foundation, Daniel C. Peterson, stated:

I’ve long considered Professor Skousen’s project one of the most impressive scholarly undertakings in the history of the Restoration, and, given its subject matter alone, it’s plainly among the most significant.

This massive series is now published online and is available to all to view for free. The Mormon Interpreter reports that Skousen hopes that this online publication will allow people to become more familiar with the different changes in the history of the Book of Mormon and that they can know of the various arguments surrounding each of these changes.

Those interested can read the text in its entirety on The Interpreter Foundation’s website.
