Church Leaders Emphasize Sabbath Day Observance in Q&A Video

General Authorities for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints are putting a greater emphasis on Sabbath day observance. Leaders are encouraging members to improve their observance of the Sabbath as they strengthen their faith in God.

Local leaders around the world are receiving training on Sabbath day observance. M. Russell Ballard of the Twelve Apostles, along with Rosemary M. Wixom, Primary General President and L. Whitney Clayton, Presidency of the Seventy, sat down for a Q&A session regarding keeping the Sabbath day holy and to explain why the emphasis on this topic.

In the Q&A video, Ballard explains,

We need one day to focus our attention on what really matters.
