1032

Alejandra Vidal, a passionate dancer and Zumba instructor, in Mormon Channel’s new video, always tries to have a prayer in her heart.

In the new “I’m a Mormon” video, Vidal, typically a happy and excited person, went through one of the saddest moments of her life: separation from her husband. Vidal explains,

I prayed a lot during this time. I try to always pray in my heart to receive answers and know what to do.

Realizing the issues they were struggling with were small problems, the two asked for forgiveness and rebuilt their relationship. The happy couple has now been married for 19 years and are the parents to three children.

Vidal loves to spread the happiness she feels to others. Knowing that Jesus made others happy with service, Vidal does her best to serve others too. Volunteering at a psychiatric day hospital, Vidal loves to teach dance and see the smiles on their faces. She explains, “I know if I follow [Christ’s] example, I can bring happiness to others, and I am also going to be happy myself.”
