tempomental
Hey friends, lds.org used to have a feature where you could enter a range of scriptures and then see which scriptures referenced that range. Think reverse footnotes. I missed that feature as I began my latest round of scripture study, so I made something similar myself. Check it out and let me know what you think: ldsfootnotereference.com I hope you find this as helpful as I have.
pam
Very nice. The one thing that would make this exceptional is once the search is done, that each of those other scriptures came up with hyperlinks so that we could click right to them. tempomental
Thanks, Pam. Working on that one, but wanted to get the resource up and running as soon as I had something that looked decent and worked well :-)
pam
I think it is something I would use when needed.

tempomental
I think it is something I would use when needed.Ask and ye shall receive, Pam -- the scripture list should hotlink to the scriptures on lds.org now. It will open to the chapter with the verse highlighted, but won't scroll to the verse itself. Guess nobody's perfect. ;-)
pam
Actually for me it scrolled right to the verse hi-lighted.
pam
Now the next thing would be to keep it from listing the same scripture numerous times. The one I picked as a test brought up one scripture reference 14 times.
GrayMars
The website only brings up a bluish background in my browser window. I'll make sure to try again at another time, but thought I'd just tell you my experience in case something is broken that needs fixing. It could be on my end though. Anyhow, I'll let you know if it works or not next time.
